Welcome to our second edition of the journal…we are so happy you are here.
These submissions come fresh from a Spring and Summer of so much breathwork. We have gathered to learn and train, to welcome new people, to do weekends for our own growth. We have delved deep, wailing and remembering. We have laughed at the beauty and absurdity of this life and others. And we have connected in the most profound ways.
What you fill find here are the submissions of a community. Connected by our experiences, our desires to develop and evolve, our knowledge that a safe non-judgemental space is absolutely necessary for humans to flourish.
And we invite you in. In to our journal, of course…and into our community. We’d love to hear your responses and questions to what we have included here, and to discuss transpersonal breathwork with you. And we’d especially love to breathe with you.
