Holotropic Breathwork Didn’t Fix me
By Ronit LeMon Deneen

Holotropic breathwork didn’t fix me.
It found me.

It helped me reach places I couldn’t think my way into.
Old fear. Old stories. The residue of a past marriage that still lived in my body, long after it was over.
Things that had been roosting inside me like dark birds, shaping how I moved, how I loved, how I braced.

Through breath, those places softened.
Some of the fear loosened its grip.
Stories I once believed turned out not to be true anymore.

What emerged was self-awareness.
Self-knowledge.
The kind that changes how you show up.

This work has made me a better wife.
A better mother.
A better coach.
A better human.

Dreamshadow is the community that holds this work with warmth, care, and deep humanity.
A little quirky. Loving. Spacious enough for all of us.

This work matters to me.
I believe it changes the world, one human at a time.
