Life and Breath, Dreamshadow® Documentary Film Project

In 2022, Dreamshadow® Group undertook a film project about Holotropic Breathwork with the help of friend and Emmy-award winning film director, Mustapha Khan. Since then, he and his co-director Jethro Waters have both participated in and filmed a few of our breathwork workshops in Vermont.

Beginning in August of this year, we held some initial film screenings with members of our Dreamshadow community to get feedback and make adjustments. This past December Mustapha entered the film in the Psychedelic Film and Music Festival held in New York City, where it won best feature documentary!

Mustapha has now finalized the film, and we will be showing it at the Breaking Convention event at Exeter University in the UK April 17-19, 2025, with additional screenings planned later this year before final distribution.
